The Importance of Meals



Wake up in the early morning, take a good exercise to start up your day.



Breakfast is a very crucial among the three meals. It's 70% for the breakfast, 0% for lunch and 30% for dinner. ( take it before 8p.m.)

Maybe some bread will do for the breakfast, some of my friends saying that, and this is what Lil' Jimbo says.

Lil' Jimbo : EAT LA! WAIT NO NUTRI ONLY YOU KNOW! See my Boss so fat also know la, breakfast sure take alot one.

Get something nutritious food which can boost your energy to the max during the morning hour. It's important as your body needs to absorb lot of nutrition to work on.

Eggy ~ Yummy ~ But do not take more than 1 each day for youngster and try slow down with it.



Coffee might be a great starter for a day but drink in excess of coffee will only bring disaster ~



Cut down on MEAT! Lil' Jimbo, please stay away from that SATAY!
