AURA is an electromagnetic energy which actually make up of our body, and the flow of this energy affects our wellbeing.

The chakras are responsible for directing and distributing this energy throughout our body.

There are 7 major Chakras running from the base of the spine to the crown of the head, each chakra being responsible for distributing energy to different organs, nerves and muscles.

Each Chakra is said to spin at a different frequency. When each Chakra spins at it's perfect frequency the body radiates perfect health; emotions are centred and balanced.

Chakra: Base/Root Chakra. Location: Behind the pubic bone.
Function: Our grounding energy centre, keeping our feet firmly on the ground and our mind focused on physical & creative matters.
Physically: It governs our reproductive organs and our sexual vitality.
Symptoms of a blocked 1st Chakra might include problems in the hips, legs, lower back and sexual organs.
ASSOCIATED COLOURS: Red, Brown & Black

The Second Chakra: Spleen. Location: About one inch below the navel and about one inch inward towards the diaphram.
Function: Emotions, sexuality and desires. It controls our relationships and social interactions with others.
Physically: Works on our lower intestines and digestive system.
Symptoms of a blocked 2nd Chakra might be Kidney weakness, stiff lower back, constipation and muscle spasms.
ASSOCIATED COLOUR: Orange

The Third Chakra: Solar Plexus. Location: Central cavity of the lungs, just below the breastbone.
Function: Root of our emotional balance, personal power and metabolic energy. When we feel upset, angry or hurt we often feel this chakra. It's primal essence is that of the Will. Physically: Works on the stomach and liver area.
Symptons of a blocked 3rd Chakra may include Digestive difficulties, Liver problems, Diabetes, Nervous exhaustion and Food Allergies.
ASSOCIATED COLOUR: Yellow
The Third Chakra: Solar Plexus. Location: Central cavity of the lungs, just below the breastbone.

Fourth Chakra: Heart. Location: 2-3 inches above the solar plexus in the centre of the chest.
Function: Love centre, it controls our unconditional feeloing and thoughts, associations, relations and Compassion.
Physically: It is responsible for the Heart, Circulatory and Respiratory systems.
Symptons of a blocked 4th chakra might include a heart attack, high blood pressure, insomnia and difficulty in breathing.
ASSOCIATED COLOUR: Green & Pink

Fifth Chakra: Throat. Location: Midway point between the skull and the lower neck cavity.
Function: As the name suggests this chakra works on our throat encouraging communication and creativity.
Physically: Works on our thymus and thyroid glands.
Symptons of a blocked 5th chakra might include Hyperthyroid, skin irritations, ear infections, sore throat, inflammations and back pain.
ASSOCIATED COLOUR: Blue

Sixth Chakra: Third Eye/Brow. Location: Central cavity of the brain, centered above the eyebrows.
Function: Known as the psychic energy cnetre, this chakra is highly active in mediums. It's basis is the intuition faculty and governs our senses. It is the link from which we perceive the higher zones and higher planes. It's essence is within the astral and dreaming worlds.
Symptons of a blocked 6th chakra might include Headaches, Blurred Vison, Blindness and Eyestrain.
ASSOCIATED COLOUR: Indigo

Seventh Chakra: Crown. Location: Top of the head.
Function: Knowledge, information, understanding. This chakra is our spiritual gateway and higher self. It's essence is that of blissfulness.
Physically: Responsible for our head and nervous system. Symptons of a blocked 7th chakra might include Migraine, Headaches & Depression.

What is Sapphire?

A sapphire means blue in Greek. The blue goes from dark blue almost black to pale blue. The finest blue sapphires are a strong blue. The star sapphire is very valued. Sapphires of colors other than blue are always referred to with the color. There are pink sapphires, yellow sapphires, violet sapphires, green sapphires and clear sapphires. Today most sapphires are mined in Australia.

It is said a necklace of sapphires will cure a sore throat as the blue colour indicate the throat chakra.

The sapphire was called the "Stone of Destiny". Sapphires contribute to mental clarity and perception. They can promote financial rewards.

The sapphire is the symbol of heaven and joyful devotion to God.

How do I choose a Crystal?

Someone asked me some question,

“I don’t know about Crystals, then how and what should I choose?”

“Is it the flawless and fine Crystals are the best for me?”

“The more expensive it is, will it be more suitable for me?”

Splendid questions to ask, I would say.

Base on my experience and through some readings,

There are a few methods on how to choose a proper Crystals for yourself.

From my own experience, Most of my Crystals that I choose are by using this method.

It’s First sight. Just like Love in First Sight.

Browse through the Crystal Shop and you might feel that one of the Crystal is grabbing your attention. Felt that the Crystal is summoning you, attracting you.

Then that will be the Crystal which would bring goodness to you.

If too many Crystals are catching your sight, then choose the best for yourself.

A Gift from Others

This is something very interesting to talk about. First sight is how the Crystal summon you to it, but gift from others is like, the Crystals come to you! It’s fate!

Every Crystal has their own destiny; do not feel sad if you lose it as the Crystals already served it purpose and no longer needed.

This kind of cases isn’t rare to happen.

Sense the Crystals

For those who are more sensitive are able to sense the Crystals’ vibration. From my own experience, I can undergo the sensation on my hand, sometimes I felt numb and sometimes I felt itchy when sensing it.

Have faith in your sixth sense, if you have weird feeling towards the Crystal, then just ignore it and kept on sensing the next one until you feel great about it.

These above are the most common ways to choose your Crystals.

If any of these Crystals still unable to catch your attention, means that the timing isn’t right yet. Maybe in the future, you will get the lucky stone of your.

Somehow, be cautious of it. I always targeting certain types of Crystals, but at the end, I buy up all the Crystals which catch my attention but are not suitable for myself.

Sometimes which end up giving out to others.

My advice is, sense the Crystal well, and think about it whether the Crystals are suitable for you. Then only purchase it!

My Moonstone~

Moonstones from Sri Lanka, the classical country of origin of the moonstone, shimmer in pale blue on an almost transparent background. Specimens from India feature a nebulous interplay of light and shadow on a background of beige-brown, green, orange or brown.

This gemstone is surrounded by a good deal of mystique and magic. In many cultures, for example in India, it is regarded as a holy, magical gemstone. In India, moonstones are also regarded as 'dream stones' which bring the wearer beautiful visions at night. In Arabic countries, women often wear moonstones sewn out of sight into their garments, for in their cultures the moonstone is a symbol of fertility.

The moonstone symbolises our being in its entirety. With its soft shimmer, it strengthens our emotional and subconscious aspects. The associations connected with that make it a "lovers' stone", evoking tender feelings and safeguarding the true joys of love. It is also said that wearing a moonstone strengthens our intuition and our capacity to understand.

The shimmer of light of the moonstone is something very special in the fascinating world of gemstones. Specialists refer to the phenomenon as 'adularisation'. The cause of it is the lamellar inner construction of the gemstone.

Incident light rays are refracted and scattered in the stone. In this way, a unique light effect comes about, and it is this which makes the moonstone so distinctive and so desirable.

However, this beautiful gemstone does have one weak point, and that is its relatively low hardness of only 6 on the Mohs scale. For that reason, moonstones should be handled with care, for they are sensitive.

My Ammolite Fossil

This is my ammolite fossil which I obtain it few months ago.

Here is some brief profile of this miracle.

Ammonites are extinct marine mollusks related to the modern squid, octopus and Chambered Nautilus from 70 million years ago. Under certain conditions, the nacreous shell becomes highly iridescent; the resulting gemlike material is called "ammolite."

Ammonite fossil shells are of particularly beautiful spiral forms. The ammonite’s shell contained a spiraling progression of ever-larger chambers divided by thin walls called septa. The animal only occupied the last and largest chamber. A thin living tube called a siphuncle passed through the septa, extending from the ammonite's body into the empty shell chambers.

The ammonite secreted gas into these shell chambers, enabling it to regulate the buoyancy of the shell. As the ammonite grew, it added newer and larger chambers toward the larger open end of the coil. They existed from 420 million years ago till the mass extinction at the end of the Cretaceous period, 65 million years ago.
